Project : Traverse Cars
Hardware : 2 x Siemens S5 115U 944 with Pilz Line Displays
Two Autoclaves were added to the existing factory to increase the factory's capacity. So the existing Traverse Cars (which loads and unloads the Autoclaves) needed software modification,
and the customer decided to have the system rewritten in our structurce format to reduce downtime time by implmenting diagnostic messages.
The software commissioning was keep to a minimum by include the new software in the PLC with the old one, this was done so the systems could be swapped between each systems
during commissioning.
The movie shows the Traverse cars in production, you can also see the Pilz display with the status message updating as the Traverse cars are working.
